3 Signs of an Exhausted Nervous System

These are 3 major signs that your nervous system is totally fried:

  1. You’re easily triggered by noises or people talking to you. (OMG! Be QUIET!!)

  2. Small inconveniences (like not being able to find your keys), make you want to scream or cry or both.

  3. You go from feeling highly anxious to feeling frozen and/or totally unmotivated.
