7 signs you may have unhealed trauma:

  1. You get nervous or anxious in situations you logically know are safe.

  2. You regularly have nightmares with a similar theme.

  3. You consider everyone’s feelings…except your own.

  4. intense emotional responses to seemingly small things.

  5. Feeling like there’s a glass wall between you and other people in some or all social settings.

  6. Extreme difficulty engaging in activities you know would move you closer to the life you want.

  7. Lack of boundaries around your personal time, space, and energy.
