About Gabi
In 2014, Gabi adopted her beautiful son Immanuel from Ethiopia. She knew nothing then about what trauma does to the brain, but once he came home, she quickly realized that she would need to heal from her own trauma so she could parent him (and her daughter who was born a year later) in a way that would help him heal from his difficult start to life and repair the disrupted attachment in his body & brain.
The past ten years have been full of healing both Gabi and Immanuel and, due to her research and training, Gabi found out along the way she had both ADHD and CPTSD. These realizations along with wanting to help her son be as mentally and emotionally healthy as possible caused her to dive deep into learning somatic healing modalities and becoming versed in nervous system regulation. As she was doing this work, she realized that there seemed to be a huge gap in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly business-building strategies and techniques in the entrepreneurial and personal development worlds, so she began to apply the trauma-informed tools she had learned to help herself and other mompreneurs with neurodivergence and/or trauma histories to thrive in BUSINESS. Where many women have felt stuck before, with Gabi’s guidance and compassionate, trauma-informed methodology, they have become unstuck and able to flourish in their businesses and families in ways they were unable to access before.
Gabi is passionate about helping other ADHD Mompreneurs break free from burnout and create truly successful businesses and lives that they love while healing in the process.

Gabi is momma to two adorable kiddos, Immanuel and Serafina. Immanuel was adopted from Ethiopia in 2014 and it was her experience learning to parent him and help his beautiful heart through adoption-related and early childhood trauma that led Gabi to understand her own early childhood trauma story and to begin to intently dig into healing work. She believes every person’s story is a story of redemption, and she loves to share hers and others in order to encourage, and inspire, and offer hope.
Gabi has spoken at events and conferences worldwide, offers one-on-one and group coaching, and is the host of the Pain to Passion Live Podcast.
